Shipping Charges.
Unless otherwise stated, freight and shipping fees will be charged for shipments to a customer's place of business or residence anywhere in the contiguous United States, using a carrier of our choice. Other terms apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and export orders. Any extra charges incurred for the consignee must pay additional services, such as customer’s carrier or special handling by the carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. If product is damaged in transit, consignee must file claim with the carrier. All costs incurred for incorrect or inadequate shipping or billing information are the responsibility of the customer. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday thru Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST, excluding holidays).

Sales Tax
Pacific Asian Enterprises (PAE) has locations in California, Florida and Rhode Island and therefore orders placed or shipped to residents of these states will be charged the applicable sales tax.
